Comprehensive Shipping: Our shipping costs cover an array of essential components, including airfare, a specially designed shipping crate (pet taxi), a comprehensive vet health certificate, and a dedicated puppies care packet. This packet comprises a supply of the puppy’s accustomed food and valuable puppy care information.
Premium Delivery Standards: Our shipping method predominantly involves a counter-to-counter service, ensuring a seamless and secure journey for our beloved litters. Rest assured, they travel in a pressurized and temperature-controlled compartment to guarantee their comfort throughout the journey. The cost for airline shipping ranges between $150.00 and $200.00, contingent upon the destination and the respective airline’s regulations. Ship by Specialized Ground Service You also have the option of having your litter delivered by van right to your doorstep using a Pet Transport service that delivers to all destinations in the continental U.K. The Cost for this service varies for distance and location. This is the most expensive of the two ways to get your litter delivered

Flight Nanny Delivery: The majority of our litters are delivered out of state using professional flight nannies. The flight nanny travels safely in-cabin with the litter and will hand-deliver your litter to your nearest airport directly into your arms. Professional flight nanny service starts at $155 -$250 and will be arranged directly between you and the transportation company. I will refer you to our preferred, trusted companies.
Sky Harbor Airport Pickup: If you live out of state, you can fly to us to pick up your litter in-person from me at the Sky Harbor Airport. I love meeting my adopters and I would be happy to drive your litter to the airport, a 2 hour round-trip for me, free of charge.
Local Pickup: If you live in our state or nearby, I can meet you in person for puppy pickup. Unless other arrangements are made, I will meet you at the PetSmart nearest our home. If you are local, please keep in mind that we offer cattery visiting hours on appointments. Our homeowner’s insurance does not cover in-home kennel visits and we try to reduce the risk of infectious disease transmission to our Golden Retriever & Labrador and puppies as much as possible. Thank you for being respectful of this decision.

Health Certificate and Arrival Procedures

Upon your puppy’s arrival, we kindly request your presence either at home or the airport at the specified time. Typically, your puppy becomes available for pick-up approximately one hour after the scheduled flight arrival. To collect your kitten, a valid ID such as a driver’s license is necessary.
We greatly appreciate your confirmation of your puppy’s safe arrival at their new home. Kindly notify us via call or email once your puppy is in your care. Additionally, within 48 hours of arrival, we strongly advise scheduling a health check-up for your puppy with your veterinarian. This standard practice ensures the well-being of your new family member and helps in their seamless transition.
To guarantee your satisfaction and address any queries, we initiate a follow-up call 24 hours after your puppy’s arrival. This call serves to ensure that everything is in perfect order, to answer any questions you might have, and to measure your overall satisfaction with your new puppy’s well-being.
